Vendor Registration & Media Release Policy

Spring Courtyard Market reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, deny, suspend, or terminate participation by any vendor for any reason deemed necessary to maintain the integrity, safety, and operation of the market.

By submitting a vendor registration and completing payment, the vendor acknowledges and agrees that all booth fees, registration fees, and other payments made to Spring Courtyard Market are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The vendor further grants Spring Courtyard Market, its representatives, and affiliates the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and use images, videos, business names, logos, products, and booth displays for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, website, and other business purposes without compensation or additional consent.

Submission of a vendor application constitutes acceptance of all Spring Courtyard Market policies, rules, and regulations.
